Great news: I got the Visa pretty quickly. However, we discovered some important details only after we sent in the application, even though we had several chats and clarifications before that. A couple of key pieces of info didn’t surface until another person at ItsEasy took a look at the application. That’s not how it should work. It could've set us back enough to have to pull the application.

We chatted with Gate 1 Tour a few times, but nobody mentioned we needed to bring an itinerary for our visa applications.
